Today, residents of Juma’a district in Mokha, Taiz Governorate, organized the second collective Iftar gathering in the area. This initiative was supported by the National Resistance’s Humanitarian Business Cell and sponsored by Lieutenant General Tariq Saleh, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Head of the Political Office.
The collective Iftar was attended by Mokha District Director General Sultan Abdullah Mahmud, Deputy Head of the National Resistance Political Office Brigadier General Abduljabbar Al-Zahzah, Political Office member Brigadier General Najib Warq, Sheikh Muneer Al-Aati, Sheikh Ammar Al-Ansi Qasim, Humanitarian Business Cell Director Abdullah Al-Habishi, his deputy Malik Al-Shalih, along with representatives from the local council and executive offices, tribal sheikhs and social figures, military and security leaders, and a notable presence of local residents.
The attendees praised the efforts of Lieutenant General Tariq Saleh, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, for his support of developmental, service, and humanitarian projects that help alleviate the suffering of citizens. They also commended the ongoing initiatives of the Humanitarian Business Cell, whose impact is felt by the people of the coast throughout the year.
This Ramadan initiative is part of the "Tables of Goodness" project implemented by the Humanitarian Business Cell, targeting various districts along the western coast in Taiz and Al-Hudaydah governorates. The project aims to strengthen values of solidarity and community cohesion.
